Description
The Shell Biodegradable Urn was designed for families choosing a scattering at sea. Its form is drawn from a natural seashell — rounded, ridged, and finished in a gentle aqua that echoes the water it returns to. Each one is shaped and painted by hand, so no two are identical.
Placed on the water, the urn floats briefly, giving the family a moment to say goodbye before it descends. Once beneath the surface it breaks down completely, leaving no trace behind. A water-soluble inner bag holds the cremated remains and dissolves along with the shell.
The urn arrives in a custom carrying case that allows for discreet, dignified transport to the shoreline or vessel. The case itself is fully recyclable.
