I purchased a beautiful casket from Casket Depot at more than 50% less than the cost from the funeral home. I initially ordered online, unfortunately it was out of stock but they offered me one slightly better at same price! Their service was professional, delivery was on time, casket was perfect. I am now ordering a monument.

We were abit picky in the colours as each of the marble urn has a slightly different colour, and he was patiently opening new ones for us until we found one that we were happy with. I would recommend casket depot those who are looking for a casket or an urn as they have alot of selections here. And of course, great service as well.

We had a very clear, simple and clean cut time here at Casket Depot. George was very respectful and was very gentle with our questions, concerns and needs. We felt like we had a good variety of options and not pressured to pick anything that was out of our budget or didn’t want. They were able to easily around drop off for the funeral home as well.

Facilities are nice and the lighting is good to see all the caskets. Would recommend this place and it is definitely a good deal instead of buying a casket through a funeral home.

Interesting how Death is something everyone does and few plan for. Thankfully, as you are looking down the long and expensive list of services you will have to pay for.... there is a place that can soften the blow. 1/2 to 2/3 less than the price of the same urn from a funeral home. Everyone needs to make money, but that kind of mark-up is just wrong. Thanks for being a reasonable option in a time of immediate decisions.

I never knew that this service existed - I thankfully just stumbled upon it while looking for casket photos so that we'd have an idea of what options were available before we went to the funeral home. Aaron was excellent - he returned our inquiry call promptly and set up an appointment for us at the showroom. He was friendly and knowledgeable, but gave us time and space to make our own choice. Not that we were trying to be cheap for our mother's funeral, but the prices were way lower than at the funeral home for comparable models, so it made sense to buy through Casket Depot.

I wondered if it would be a hassle buying from outside the funeral home instead of the one-stop shopping available at the funeral home, but the process was simple and the delivery of the casket arrived exactly on time to the funeral home. The funeral director didn't have any problems with our choosing a casket from outside and it was simple for us just to be there for a few minutes to receive the casket at the funeral home.

Hopefully, we won't be needing this service any time soon, but we'd definitely use Casket Depot again and shall recommend this place to any friends in need of a casket.

My family and I received heart-warming sympathy from Lorie the Sales Associate when we arrived. She explained in detail what we needed to pay attention to when buying a urn. She told us the pros and cons of almost every urn in the showroom. My family chose a few eye-catching urns, it was hard to make a decision because of the number of choices. Until Lorie showed us a beautiful Black Zebra marble urn, we all believed this was the right one for my beloved wife. I told Lorie that I wanted one more for myself to match with my wife’s. I may not be able to get the same color and style when I need later. Lorie offered to order a few more for her inventory, she would let me open two cartoon boxes and to pick one which most matched my wife’s stone. I am looking forward to receive it soon.
I didn’t pay much attention to the price when we visited the shop yesterday, because I trusted Jeff Li, the owner though we hadn’t met before, to whom I was referred to by my other trusted friend. I am surprised today when I have time to compare this order with the similar one offered by my funeral home. Although Jeff’s prices listed in his website is non-negotiable, it actually is more than 40% less of other's price.
I usually don’t write review for the products I purchase, i have to make an exception this time to express my sincerely thanks to Lorie and Jeff for your support and professional service at this difficult time.

The service received from the Casket Depot team was Top Notch! My family’s experience with your sales Lorie Martin was fantastic and could not be better.
Lorie is very personable, emphatic, was educational in guiding us through a time of difficulty. Without a doubt, her superior insight, knowledge and personality had tremendous influence and allowed for the decision making process to be completed with ease.
Importantly, because of our wonderful with Lorie and the Casket Depot team, we already have and will continue sharing Casket Depot's client services experience.
As a family unit, we were so impressed that Casket Depot was mentioned twice during our presentation of our mom's obituary, creating laughter for all. We were approached several times after our mom’s celebration and were teased about our plugging your business.

It was a pleasure dealing with Laurie at Casket Depot. Initially, we chose a cherry stain and were a bit disappointed upon inspection, due to the casket being more red in colour than viewed online; however, Laurie managed to send us, later that same afternoon, a darker stain which looked stunning. The quality and price differed ten fold to the prices of caskets offered to us by the funeral home. As a result, I would highly recommend Casket Depot to anyone, especially my friends and family members.

Bought a casket here and it was well constructed and looked the way I expected it to. Customer service was very good.
We had to change our coffin due to an error on our side, and there were no issues or extra charges for the change.
Was very pleased and would recommend this location.
Pricing is about $500-1k lower than at the funeral home we had in mind.
Also saw their urns in the show room --- they have a wide selection of urns that are all very reasonably priced. Much more affordable than when I acquired an urn 4 years ago from a funeral home.

Excellent service here!!! There is a small selection of caskets but we did find one for our needs.

Huge thanks and appreciation on your patience to Lori. The casket was very nice upon delivery we had the driver check in to make sure it was being delivered very thoughtful!!!
They also do a flower service and the flowers came in nicely done and top notch.

I would highly reccomend this place to everyone !!!!... you won't be dissatisfied. Thank you for delivering everything on time and for your patience with us. A++++++.

Over the top amazing customer service, quick delivery, prices shockingly lower than the funeral home, and beautifully crafted product.
I purchased a casket for delivery in Ottawa and Laurie didnt just make it happen (ordered after 4pm on Monday - delivered on Wednesday!!), she made me feel like I was the only customer she had. Laurie made shopping for such a non desirable item one of my most pleasant experiences. I cannot thank her enough.

Shopping for a casket is never an easy experience. However, Casket Depot helped make the experience a lot easier. They offer a very large selection based on what one's needs may be.
Along with my in-laws, I was able to pick out the best option for my late wife.
Pricing was very competitive and a LOT cheaper than what funeral homes offer.
Everyone that I spoke with on the phone was very caring and professional.
Delivery was extremely easy and on time at the funeral home.
The casket that we chose actually looked a lot better than what we saw on website.
Finest quality offered.
I cannot say that I am looking forward to using them again, but when the need arises, they will be a first choice.

I was quite satisfied with my experience. Wide selection of products are available. Purchase & subsequent delivery were easy and efficient; the urn arrived at the funeral home as ordered and on time.

Would recommend Casket Depot as a simple and effective solution which will make your funeral arrangements much easier.

Aaron Yu was our Sales Associate. He was very kind and helpful, Casket Depot helped us save a ton of money. The Casket was beautiful. One thing I recommend is that they should have their Insurance Papers in order as it was one of the requisites the Funeral Home required upon delivery. All went well and we had a beautiful service.
