I purchased a beautiful casket from Casket Depot at more than 50% less than the cost from the funeral home. I initially ordered online, unfortunately it was out of stock but they offered me one slightly better at same price! Their service was professional, delivery was on time, casket was perfect. I am now ordering a monument.

Hands down, this was one of the most compassionate and meaningful experiences I could have asked for during one of the hardest moments of my life. In a time filled with grief, pressure, and overwhelming decisions, they treated me with patience, dignity, and genuine care and helped me through something that felt impossible.

I began this process expecting to use a rental casket through the funeral home. While they presented several options, it felt like the only financially responsible choice at the time even though my heart felt incredibly heavy. No one truly wants to say goodbye to their loved one that way, but the rising cost of every other part of the funeral made purchasing one feel out of reach.

Because I still had a few days before the service, I decided to explore retail options, and I am so grateful that I did. The moment I walked in, I felt a sense of relief. The selection was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and far beyond what I had seen elsewhere. The pricing made it possible for me to own the casket rather than rent one, and for the first time, I felt a sense of relief knowing I could choose the colour and design, and the details came together beautifully in a way that honoured my loved one.

The process, however, became stressful when the funeral home made it feel urgent and complicated to make changes. I was told I had very little time to decide and that delivery would be difficult, which left me feeling anxious and overwhelmed at an already fragile moment.

That was when George stepped in and changed everything. With calm reassurance, compassion, and professionalism, he immediately understood the situation and took care of every detail. He did not rush me or pressure me. He simply handled it with grace and kindness, and in doing so, lifted an enormous weight off my shoulders. In that moment, I felt supported rather than stressed, and that meant more than I can express.

The casket arrived exactly as promised, and the delivery team was equally respectful, gentle, and efficient. Every interaction felt thoughtful and dignified, which matters so deeply during a time like this.
