Return & Exchange Policy
At Casket Depot, we understand that these purchases are made during an emotional and time-sensitive period. We take great care in ensuring every product meets the highest standards before it leaves our facility. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Caskets
Used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Before Delivery
- You may cancel or exchange your order at no cost before the casket has been shipped or delivered.
After Delivery
- If you wish to cancel or return a casket after delivery, only unused caskets are eligible.
- A $299.99 restocking fee will apply.
- The remaining balance will be credited to the customer once the product is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Caskets
- If a casket arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a 100% refund or exchange at no additional cost.
- The purchaser or their representative must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the casket.
- If there are any visible issues, do not sign for the delivery. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue through replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Post-Delivery Returns
- Once delivery has been signed for and completed, any returns or exchanges will be subject to restocking and delivery charges.
- For deliveries outside our standard service areas, additional shipping charges will apply. These charges are non-refundable in cases of order cancellation or change of mind after shipping.
- In the event of shipping damage, we will refund the full amountÂ

Urns
Used urns cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Before Delivery
- Orders may be cancelled or exchanged at no cost before shipping.
After Delivery
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
- A restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- The product must be returned unused, in original condition, and at the customer’s expense.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email.
- If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no cost and reimburse any return postage.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in original condition.
