Caskets Return/Exchange Policy

Please note we do not accept returned used products.

Prior to delivery, you may cancel or exchange your order at no cost.

If after the delivery you wish to cancel or return the casket, A $299.99 restocking fee only unused casket only. The difference will be credited to the customer
In the event a casket arrives damaged, we will issue an exchange or refund for 100% of the purchase price.

We require the purchaser or their representative to be on hand to sign for the casket at the time of delivery. We require the purchaser or their representative to inspect the casket at the time of delivery. We encourage the purchaser or their representative NOT TO SIGN for the delivery if there are any issues with the casket and to contact us, so we can resolve them, either by exchanging the casket or issuing a full refund.
Once the delivery is completed and the purchaser or their representative has signed for the casket and our delivery agent has left the facility, any returns or exchanges will be subject to the restocking fee and delivery charges.
All caskets sold outside our normal delivery areas will have additional shipping charges, those charges are Non-Refundable in the event a customer changes their mind or cancels the order after shipping. In the event a casket arrives damaged, we will reimburse the full amount inclusive of freight charges.

As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers’ requirements and specifications; in return, we would like the customer to treat the order seriously. There is no exception to these charges. If you have any questions on your order or our products, you can email us and you will receive a response from us usually on the same day.

We strive to offer competitive prices and we inspect every order before it leaves our facilities to minimize any unnecessary costs. We appreciate your cooperation in allowing us to continue serving families by offering the lowest prices for our quality products.

Caskets are available in Standard sized and Over sized , and each model online lists the interior and exterior dimensions; please refer to your cemetery guidelines to confirm the sizes required.

Any damage claims must be made within 24-hours by phone or via email.

Once the order is shipped and or picked up, you are not satisfied with the order, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days, apply, restocking fees will apply no exceptions.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the products to our offices for a credit. The credit can only be issued once the merchandise has been received, inspected  and is in the same condition as the time of purchase.

The customer must return the products at their own expense. The return postage charge will not be refunded, only the purchase price within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
In the event the product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement product as well as reimburse the customer for any return postage charges.
