Every casket we sell is in stock in our Scarborough warehouse. Nothing is made to order, nothing is waiting on a factory. When you place an order we begin preparing it for delivery the same hour — to the funeral home of your choice, or to your home.

Casket shipping to other provinces

We ship to every province in Canada, including Quebec. Ground delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days. Call for a rate to your community.

We do not currently ship to the United States.

Next-day casket delivery by air

When a service date is close, we can air-freight a casket to most major Canadian airports for next-day arrival. The casket is collected at the airport by you or your funeral director — air freight is not a door-to-door service.

Call before ordering and we will confirm the exact cost and the pickup terminal.

How fast can a casket be delivered?

Families are almost always working toward a service date that has already been set. Tell us that date when you call and we will confirm — before you pay — that we can meet it.

  • GTA and surrounding region: Most orders delivered within 24 hours.
  • Southern Ontario: Within 24 hours in most cases.
  • Other provinces, by ground: 3 to 5 days via a 3rd party trucking company.
  • Air Freight: Next day to most major centres, for airport pickup.

Casket delivery questions

This is how most of our orders go out. Give us the name and address of the funeral home and we coordinate the delivery directly with the funeral director, so the casket arrives ahead of the service. You don’t need to be present and you don’t need to arrange anything with the home yourself.

We are glad to deliver to a private address. Please make sure someone will be there to receive the casket and sign for it, and that there is a clear path to where it needs to go — a garage or main floor room is ideal. Our driver will call ahead so you are not waiting.

In the extremely rare event and we make it right immediately.

  • Inspect the casket before the driver leaves and point out any damage on the spot.
  • Call our office right away at (416) 321-5688 so we can act on it that day.
  • We will supply a replacement casket, or refund you in full — your choice.

You are never left to argue with a shipping company. We handle it.

Smaller items ship separately from caskets, on their own flat rates anywhere in Canada:

  • Ground — $9.99 flat rate
  • Express — $29.99 flat rate, arriving in 1 to 3 days depending on province

If you are ordering an urn alongside a casket, mention it when you call and we will send them together where we can.

Your funeral home must accept a casket bought elsewhere

Under Ontario’s Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act and its regulations, a funeral establishment cannot refuse a casket you purchased elsewhere, and cannot charge you a handling fee for accepting it. The choice of where to buy is yours alone.

If a funeral home tells you otherwise, call us. We deal with this regularly, we know the rules, and we will help you resolve it.
